HOW YOUR SUPPORT WILL HELP

         All profits go towards ensuring children in need have the advocacy they need. It costs $2.73/day to ensure a child receives a trained CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocate, volunteer for an entire year; $1.50/day provides training for a volunteer; $.50/day covers the cost of training materials for a volunteer.

has a mission to provide trained volunteers to advocate in court for the safety and well-being of abused and neglected children.

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

CASA of Jefferson & Gilpin Counties is an independent, non-profit, 501 (c)(3) organization. A Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) is a specially trained volunteer appointed by a judge to serve as an independent voice for an abused or neglected child. 

There are 950 National CASA programs in the U.S. today with over 50,000 volunteers.
