MISSION STATEMENT

The Shawl Ministry is dedicated to making shawls for those in need

and those suffering from spiritual or emotional hardship

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

The Shawl Ministry is a program sponsored by Church of the Hills, Presbyterian USA which is a non-profit, religious organization.  It is made up of a group of women, both members and non-members, who regularly get together to knit shawls to present to people who are ill, grieving, or otherwise in need.  Since the ministry started in January, 2007, more than 175 shawls have been distributed in our congregation and community and to loved ones who live in various part of the country. The average shawl costs $25.
