            The revenue from our delicious food products provides only about 65% of our operating budget. The additional money we need comes from donations and the generous support of foundations, businesses, churches, and clubs.

MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Women's Bean Project  is to help women

break the cycle of poverty and unemployment by teaching job readiness

and life skills needed to get and keep a job.

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

Women's Bean Project is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization founded in 1989.  It is a social enterprise that offers a transitional job in gourmet food manufacturing designed to provide immediate income, arrange support services to overcome the barriers to employment, and teach the job readiness skills needed to get and keep a job through employment in our gourmet food production business. Women come with the goal of transforming their lives and moving toward self sufficiency.
